She was named exectrix for her husband's estate when he died intestate on April 29, 1902.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Norman Rushing, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Childress Cemetery by Johnson Funeral Home.
Mrs. Harper was born in Bokchito, Okla. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, Clarence E. Kelso in 1979 and Glen Harper in 1994; and by two daughters, Pauline Mills and Thelma Wright.
Survivors include three sons, Harlen Kelso of Childress, C.E. Kelso of Petrolia and Larry Kelso of Panhandle; seven daughters, Gwen Court and Ann Thorn, both of Childress, Mary Frances Tullos of Stephenville, Barbara Thorn of Gilmer, Johnnie Borton and Trudy Hite, both of Wichita Falls, and Linda Bates of Petrolia; a stepdaughter; 37 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 54 great-great-grandchildren.
